« Written on Ya Kitten » était le troisième et dernier single sorti de « 19 Naughty III ». Production de Naughty by Nature et QD III. Seuls les vrais fans de Naughty by Nature connaissent ce single,considéré comme un « Classique » dans les collections Naughty By Nature.
Ce single n’a pas connu le même succès que « Hip Hop Hourra » et « It’s On ». Heureusement, il a atteint la 93e place du Billboard Hot 100 et la 53e place du Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks
« Larry Flick de Billboard a écrit que le single » déborde de tous les doubles sens que le titre suggère. Heureusement, ce trio est assez intelligent pour empêcher les choses d’aller au-delà des jeux de mots mignons,vicieux et effrontés. Bien sûr, ce serait bien de voir Naughty By Nature consacrer son talent lyrique et mélodique considérable à des plats plus consistant, mais « Written On Ya Kitten est un morceau inoffensif qui a le charme (sans parler d’un refrain de tueur autrement dit « efficace ») pour devenir un plaisir coupable. » Naughty By Nature revient avec cette chansonnette suggestive pour minou ».
