Not Guilty, also titled The Right to Kill? (original title: A Time to Kill) is John Grisham’s first legal thriller. Published in 1989, the American author’s novel remains however in the shadow of La Firme and L’Affaire Pelican, before being in turn adapted to the cinema in 1996.
