Samora Machel, Patrice Lumumba, Kwame Nkrumah, Thomas Sankara, Steve Biko, Amilcar Cabral. It is unfortunate that almost all of these great Pan-African revolutionaries, and sources of great inspiration have either been murdered or deposed by western governments. The political and economic freedom of Africa is a continued struggle, it is our duty as both Africans and those of the diaspora to carry the torch forward and realize their vision of a truly sovereign and independent Africa, one that is free from the clutches of Neo-colonialism with its subtle forms of repressive influence over the continent.
